He is survived by: his children, Wade Adam Smith (Brenda) and Rebecca Smith; his sisters, Margie S. Cost, Trudi S. Redding and Kathryn S. Carver; his grandchildren, Nicholas R. Smith, Heather S. Johnson (Colin) and April Yarbrough (Brian); his great grandchildren, AJ Ray, Owen Johnson, Madeline Johnson, Carlee Yarbrough and Davis Yarbrough; and his close friend Betty Warren.
