Troy Scott Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Troy Scott (Valley, Alabama), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 6, 2024 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy D. Templeton and Betty J. Merritt Templeton; and his siblings, Donna Jean Templeton and John Wesley Knowles. He is survived by: his wife Linda Deloach Templeton; his children, Melanie N. Dickinson (David), Amanda K. Templeton (Zane Trillet), Kimberly Templeton, Kelly Templeton, Phillip Bryan (Emily) and Justin Bryan; his brothers, Ronald Murphy and Mark Perryman; and his extended family, Slightly Twisted, Fransico, Tabatha Lopez and Leah Johnson-Skeie. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854).
