He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Andrews; his brother Ricky Andrews; and his nephew Josh Andrews. He is survived by: his son Shane Andrews (Brittany); his grandchildren, Alissa, Hunter and Skylar Andrews; his father Jerry Andrews; and his siblings, Lynn Clark (Gerald), Donna Johnson (William), Jamie Andrews (Jackie), Larry Andrews (Laurie Beth), Terry Andrews (Barbara) and Jody Andrews (Patricia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to one's favorite charity in his memory.
