He is survived by: his wife Sarah Waters McDonald; his children, Tom Gary McDonald (Marsha), Tony Luther McDonald (Angela) and Belinda McDonald Dean (David); his grandchildren, Emily McDonald Scofield, Gavin David McDonald, Leslie McDonald Hewitt, Alex Levy McDonald, Wesley Chase Dean and Hunter David Dean; his great grandchildren, Drake Hewitt, Luke Hewitt and Timothy James Scofield; and his brothers, Harvey Leon McDonald, William Roger McDonald (Ellen) and Bruce Jenkins McDonald (Diana). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
