With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shelly M. Alewine of Valley, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie Alewine; and her children, Chris Alewine and Tonya Alewine McGraw. She is survived by: her daughter Brandy Booth (Daniel); her grandchildren, Matthew McGraw (Peyton), Josh McGraw (Ariel), Brandon, Zach McGraw, Brana Snider (Ben), Brittnee Saylor (Phillip), Christopher Alewine (Tabitha), Christina and Alaina Alewine; her great grandchildren, Hollis, Grayson McGraw, Wiley Snider, Braxten Pierce, Bowen, Timber Linn, Clide Saylor, Gunnar McGraw, Kollin White, Amberlin Ottinger, Michael Rhett Ezell and Braylen Alewine; and her siblings-in-law, Sallie Ann Alewine and Billy Wayne Alewine. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854).
