He was predeceased by: his parents, Rexs Parrish and Dorothy Ogle Parrish; and his parents-in-law, Sandra Butler, Larry Ainsworth and Phillip Butler.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Parrish; his children, Nick Parrish and Stephanie Owsley (Michael); his grandchildren, Peyton, Katie Owsley, Mason and Ella Kate Parrish; his siblings, Mike Parrish (Amy), Patricia Ficquette (Benny), Linda Griffin and Susan Wallace (James); his sister-in-law Lane Marberry (Neal); and his mother-in-law Norma Ainsworth. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
