She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fulghum and Rena Fulghum; her husbands, Ralph Duffey and John Hanna; her daughter Jerry Lee Easterwood; and her son-in-law Bradley.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Sims (Larry) and Steve Duffey (Pam); her grandchildren, Kenny Sims (LeAnn), Amber Sides, Toby, Lance Easterwood, Amy, Judd Easterwood and Christina; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Ariel Sims, Cameron, Tucker, Laurel Sides, Grant Easterwood, Grace Fulcher (Nicholas), Ashley, Arielle, Leah, Grayson and Bryce Easterwood; her great great grandchild Amelia Ann Sims; and her brother John Lee Fulghum. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Her career spanned from making a significant contribution to the war effort in World War II at West Point Foundry, creating ammunition shells for the Allied forces, to roles with Cliff Averett and Riverside Buick, where she continued to demonstrate her admirable work ethic and pride in everything she did.
