She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin T. Fields, Sr.; her brother Thomas R. Bell; her parents, Thomas H. Bell and Aurelia "Peggy" Federline Bell Anthony; and her parents-in-law, Ruby and Troy Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Melvin T. Fields, Jr. (Mary) and Thomas F. Fields (Sharon); her grandson Chase Fields (Madison); her great grandchild Addison Claire; her sister-in-law Ruth Ann Bell; her nieces, Tamra Bell Gilchrist, Amanda Bell, Aurelia Bell and Patty Fields; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Damon, Joshua, Katelyn, Kami and Aubrey.
Flowers will be graciously accepted, or the family suggests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the Langdale Methodist Church Barrel of Love Fund or to the Chattahoochee Humane Society.
