He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Willard Duncan and Laura Evelyn Maxwell Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Cecelia E. Murray Duncan of Valley, AL; his children, Randi Tate, Evelyn Duncan, Mary Ann Zang, James T. Duncan, Jr. and David White; and his siblings, Nancy Cameron (Danny) and Steve Duncan. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.
