He was predeceased by: his father Terry Leon Bailey, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Mona Bailey; his children, Amanda Sims (Chris) and James Terry Bailey, Jr. (Sheri); his siblings, Jeffrey Bailey (Ann), Teresa Davis (Don), Ray Bailey and Terry Bailey (Stephanie); his mother-in-law Elizabeth Emfinger; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Johnson and Mike Moncrief (Janine). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
