He was predeceased by: his father Clarence A. Barber. He is survived by: his children, Carli Hughes, Tent Barber and Cody Barber; his grandchildren, Miley Simmons, Mason Simmons, Tanner Simmons, Maverick Barber, Leland Barber and Brenton Barber; and his fiancée Debby Chandler.
