She was predeceased by: her father William Cook; and her husband Leonard C. "Boochie" Garnett, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Steve Garnett (Sherry) and Debra Irvin (Danny); her grandchildren, Charlie Irvin (Amy), Allison Fausz (William), Daniel Garnett (Michelle) and Hannah Hall (Drew); her great grandchildren, Randall Irvin, Collin Smith, Lydia, Trinity, Moriah, Gabe Garnett, Parker, Gracelyn and Abbie Hall; her brother John Cook; and her pet Tiger.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in her name to the Fairfax First Baptist Church, 510 Denson Street, Valley, Alabama 36854.
