With solemn reverence, we commemorate Betty Jo Hamil of Valley, Alabama, whose life came to an end on April 24, 2025 at the age of 98, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Hugo LaFayette Hamil; and also Hugo. She is survived by: her parents, Anderson Sands and Eugenia Maude Anthony Sands; and her siblings, Norman, Leon, Homer, Ralph, Phillip J., Lillye, Maude, Ruth, Faye and Genevieve. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Langdale Methodist Church (6301 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
