She was predeceased by: her parents, Hasty Patterson and Nettie Patterson. She is survived by: her husband O'Neal Shaw; her daughters, Amy Thompson, Libby Morgan and Melissa Roberts (Adam); and her brother Jinks Patterson (Shirley). She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Langdale Methodist Church (6301 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854).
