He is survived by: his wife Susan Cox Higginbotham; his children, Breon Plunkett (Jason), Michael Stack (Brittany) and Stephen Stack; his siblings, Daryl Higginbotham, Kenneth Higginbotham, Caroline Frazier and Donna Gladden; and his grandchildren, Katie Plunkett, Karlie Plunkett and Kinley Plunkett.
