He is survived by: his wife Kayla McFall Smith; his mother Carolyn Renee Smith; his brothers, Cody Allen Smith (Ciara) and Corey Drew Blalock (Amanda); his grandmother Kay Blackstock Hayes; his great-grandparent Deanna Blackstock; his nephew Hudson Ray Smith; his nieces, Kama Jade Blalock, Amelia Jane Smith and Alyssa Claire Smith; his aunts and uncles, Jason Smith (Samy), Carl Smith (Donna), Tammy Bartlett (Brett), Tabitha Scruggs (Greg), Naomi Jones (Dave) and Star White (Tyler); his parents-in-law, Kim Manicure McFall and Bob McFall; his brother-in-law Tyler McFall; his grandfathers, Ralph Smith and Dewey Smith; and his great-grandparents, Jewel Smith (Janie) and Alma Smith.
