He was predeceased by: his father Dalph Shirley; his daughter Nichole Shirley; and his brother Larry Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Anita Shirley; his daughters, Dawn McCord (Jason) and Brandi Green (Farley); his grandchildren, Luke Posey (Kelsey), Jessica Parham (Alex), Will Green and Baylee Green; his great grandchild Kase Parham; and his sister Becky Proctor. He is also survived by several nieces ans nephews.
