He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman G. Alligood and Clyde Duncan; and his wife Donnis Mae Finley. He is survived by: his daughters, Darla Pudlewski, Terry Moore and Libby Miller; and his sisters, Sarah Madonna and Gwendolyn Knight. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
