She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Howard Sr.; and her sons, John D. Howard (Anita) and Samuel E. Howard. She is survived by: her children, Curtis C. Howard Jr. (Sue), James W. "Bill" Howard (Alisa), Phillip Z. Howard, Missy O'Connor (Van) and Steven D. Howard. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
