He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sutton; his children, Allen Hulgan (Darlene) and Julie Gregory (Scott); his grandchildren, Meagan Hulgan, Zac Hulgan, Dekota Hulgan, Noah Gregory and Isaiah Gregory; his great grandchild Isiac Hulgan; his siblings, Georgia Veale, Norman Sutton (Lillie Beth), David Sutton, Sam Sutton (Donna), Ginny Miller and Becky Meeler; his niece Karen Grala; and his brothers, Moses Sutton, Bill Sutton and Paul Sutton.
