He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Ramsey and Hassie Adkins Ramsey; and his brothers, Charles and Louis Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Ramsey; his children, Lewis Ramsey, Shane Ramsey (Rachel), Lisa Garmany (Paul) and Crystal Keef; his brother Robert Ramsey; his grandchildren, Mahala Patterson (Cody), Josh Combs (Misty), Christy Williams (Bradley), Dylan Keef (Savannah), Wesley Keef, Kalib Ramsey, Kaydence Ramsey, Noah Ramsey and Devin Ramsey; and his great grandchildren, Amiya, Brayden, Ellie Mae Patterson, Asher Thomas, Jacey, Corbin and Remington Williams.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to help with funeral costs.
