He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Louise Hammonds. He is survived by: his children, Tony Hammonds, Pam Burge (Bucky), Tim Hammonds and Amy Kirby (John); his sisters, Nadine Shipp and Kathleen Purcell; and his son-in-law Bobby Owens. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren & 5 Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the Family requests memorials be made to Valley Head Baptist Church, P. O. Box 97, Valley Head, AL 35989.
