He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Rupil and Neda Green Rupil. He is survived by: his wife Rita Chambers Rupil; his children, Bethany Lynn Rupil, Jason Marion Rupil, Jared Trent and Abby Abbott; his siblings, Kenneth Rupil, Lois Horton and Mildred Barnes; and his nieces and nephews, Jim Kirby, Bobby Horton, Pat Horton, David Barnes, Neda Goggans and Caroline Gentry. He is also survived by great-nephews, great-nieces, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial donations to the Wills Valley Community Church Building Fund.
