He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge Brady and Lettie Dempsey Brady; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Victoria Persinger; his brother Billy C. Dempsey; and his sister-in-law Betty L. Dempsey.
He is survived by: his wife Diane G. Dempsey; his children, Kim Persinger (Robby) and Angie Krumnow (Todd); his brother Donald E. Dempsey; and his grandchildren, Andrew Persinger (Magen), Amy Persinger, Morgan Krumnow and Mary Katherine Krumnow.
