She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Daniel Ratliff and Mary Elizabeth Ratliff; her husband David Earl Small, Sr.; and her brother L. D. Ratliff, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, David E. Small, Jr. (Emily Hancock), Matthew S. Small (Gabby Popwell), Stacey J. Small and Jennifer L. Davis (Brogan); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Privett, Logan Small, Kell Owens, Mason Small, Emery Small, Ryker Small and Ruby Small; and her siblings, Kenneth L. Ratliff, Mary E. "Liz" Ratliff and Rebecca L. Ratliff. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lawrence Funeral Home (5171 AL-22, Valley Grande, AL 36701). A burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at the Pineview Memory Gardens (5171 AL-22, Valley Grande, AL 36701).
