She was predeceased by: her father Gordon Stone; her husband Bermer Shepard, Sr.; her son Richard Goude; her siblings, Benny Stone, Ann Sanders and Peggy Meyer; and her son-in-law Jimmy Burnside.
She is survived by: her children, Susie Burnside, Becky Cruz (Bart) and Scott Goude (Diana); her stepchildren, Debra Davenport (Charlie) and Bermer Shepard Junior; and her brothers-in-law, Bobby Sanders and Ervin Meyer. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
