He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ray Skinner and Zora May Bender Skinner; his wife Carol Skinner; and his siblings, Earline Tucker, Dot Hollingshead and Bo Skinner.
He is survived by: his children, Kirk Skinner (Joanne) and Kay Cameron (Donald); and his grandchildren, Aaron Skinner (Mary Beth), Savannah Day (Ryan) and Briar Cameron. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
