She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Henderson and Katie Henderson; her husband Preston C. "Pep" Ledbetter; her son Ronnie Ledbetter; and her grandson Rodney Carr.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Boothe (Bobby), Patsy Harris (Donnie), Becky Smith (Mike) and Tim Ledbetter; her grandchildren, Kimberly Nemith (Chris), Shea Hall (Katie), Shanna Bullard (Robbie), Bubba Trammell (Drema), Chad Burnett, Amanda Ward (Cary), Candice Bynum and Brittney Latham (JR); her sister Jesse Larkins; and her siblings-in-law, Jack Ledbetter (Barbara) and Christine Henderson. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; thirteen great-great-grandchildren.
