He is survived by: his children, William C. Belcher (Melissa), Stacey C. Rinehart (Chad) and Tina Nixon (Ken); his grandchildren, Cody Belcher, Leslie Belcher, Lee Rinehart, Brandon Rinehart, Alyssa Styba (Anthony) and Kory Nixon; his siblings, Larry Belcher (Sharon) and Peggy Woodard (Lu); and his brother-in-law Mac Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
