He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Deian Moore; his parents, Edward Lynley Moore and Sally Mae Moore; and his siblings, Troy Moore (Eva), Billy Moore, Wayne Moore, Robert Moore (Linda), Ludie Moore and Virginia Lawson (Lester).
He is survived by: his goddaughter Lee Ann Jung (Chris); his sister Louise Hopkins; his sisters-in-law, Sarah Ann Moore, Patsy Moore and Lynn Moore; his niece Lee Ann (Chris); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Spencer and Maisie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current pandemic, the family of Mr. Moore has elected to not hold any services.
