It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ruth Hayes (Valley Grande, Alabama), who passed away on December 25, 2017, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Ruth Hayes to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gordon Headley, Earnest Headley, Edward Headley, Shorty Headley, Dewey Headley, Marie Victor and Minnie Manderson.

She is survived by: her husband Carl E. Hayes, Sr.; her children, Frances Patterson, Carlene Strickland, Ed Hayes (Katie) and Glen Hayes (Teresa); and her brother Huey Headley. She is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

The family will be accepting flowers or donations to Praise Park Ministries Church of the Nazarene 1 Big Pine Drive, Valley Grande, AL 36701.
