She was predeceased by: her parents, Val Taylor Reynolds, Sr. and Jessie Alnora Pardue Reynolds; her husband Jack D. Garris; and her grandson Timothy Kryscuk. She is survived by: her daughter Valerie Garris Christian (Curtis); her grandchildren, Jessica Christian (Jacob Asberry) and Curtis Christian, Jr. (Shelby); her great grandchildren, Daniel Christian, Thomas Asberry, Logan Asberry, Ansley Christian, Annalee Christian and Adalyn Christian; and her siblings, Val Taylor Reynolds, Jr., James Michael Reynolds (Lisa) and Ann Reynolds Gaston. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Pisgah Presbyterian Church (P.O. Box 501, Selma, Alabama 36702), St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the charity of your choice.
