He is survived by: his wife Betty Rice Hale; his children, Roy Hale (Kay), Scott Hale (Joy), Jason Hale (Dawn), Brent Jenkins (Hena), Eric Jenkins (Angie) and Misty Hale Corbett (Stephen); and his sisters, Mildred Hinchey, Roberta Johnston, Betty Jo Hale and Margaret Needham (Don). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
