It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nell Tennant Thomas in Uriah, Alabama, born in Atmore, Alabama, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Tennant (Florence McKenzie) and Dr. J. B. Thomas; her brothers, Harold Tennant and Curtis Tennant; and her daughter Sara Patrick.
She is survived by: her daughter Terri Turner (Tim) of North Carolina; her caregiver Mandy Matthews of Atmore, AL; and her close friend Sharon Dinovo of Uriah, AL. She is also survived by three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and friends.
