He is survived by: his wife Diane Bartlett Kouns of Uriah; his sons, Steven Bartlett of Uriah and Bradley Bartlett (Reed) of Atmore; his brother Keith Kouns (Crystal) of Ironton, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Rowan, John Ryder, Mina and Jordan.
