Smith (Derri) of Millport, AL, Connie Smith Chambers (Mike) of Tuscaloosa, AL and Nancy Smith Head (Frank) of Fairhope, AL.; her grandchildren, Brian Smith (Lisa) of Robertsdale, AL, Michael Chambers of Tuscaloosa, AL, Jessica Morris (Brian) of Round Rock, TX, Nicki West (Matt) of Fayette, AL, Frank, William, Madilyn and Charlotte Head of Fairhope, AL; and her great grandchildren, Briana, Ben, Logan, Caroline Morris and Landon West.
