He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie G. Rhodes, Sr. and Florence Beatty Rhodes; his wife Joan M. Rhodes; and his sister Ann Ward. He is survived by: his children, Ben Rhodes (Katie) of Harvest, AL, Brian Rhodes (Danna) of Helena, AL, Ginger Middleton (Johnny) of Huxford, AL and Jennifer Brown (James) of Atmore, AL; his grandchildren, Brent Duggar, Holly Duggar Stevison, Bess Rhodes Butler, Caroline Rhodes, Benjamin Rhodes, Brody Rhodes, Madison Rhodes Tolbert, Bryson Rhodes, Mallory Rhodes, Laurie Middleton Coleman and Emily Middleton Ramsey; and his great grandchildren, Bethany Coleman, Blakely Coleman, Maddux Ramsey, Camden Duggar, Lennon Duggar, Connor Stevison, Reese Butler, Ada Lee Butler, Bennett Rhodes and Hayes Rhodes.

The family is accepting flowers or donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Uriah.
