He is survived by: his mother Ora Lee Burks of Uniontown, Alabama; his wife Ok Sun Burks; his children, Seann Miguel Burks of Casselberry, Florida and Dr. Chloe Burks Groomes (Clint) of Apopka, Florida; his sister Angela Grinnage (Byron) of Snellville, Georgia; his nephew Thaddeus McMillan of Pensacola, Florida; and his granddaughter Aliana Mya Burks.
Due to Covid-19 guidelines, the graveside service and burial are limited to family member.
