He is survived by: his children, Javyn J. Rancefer-Hieber and Jalayna L. Rancefer-Hieber; his parents, Abigail C. Banks and Wilfred Banks (Shena); and his siblings, Terrance E. Banks, Donshaun O. Banks and Quinzena M. Rancefer. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
