He is survived by: his wife Lois Lacey of Houston; his children, Tracey Key of Fort Wayne, IN, LaConnya Lacey of Houston, Kiara Duncan of Memphis, Ebony Walker of Fort Wayne, IN, Thomas Lacey of Fort Wayne, IN, Marcus Wilson of Atlanta, Fedell Lacey and Joe Lacey Jr. of Houston; his stepchildren, Sylvia White of Houston and Spencer White of Houston; his children, Nicole Key-Brooks of Fort Wayne and Chris Wilson (Belinda) of Fort Wayne; his siblings, Liz Williams and Jack Lacey of Fort Wayne, IN; his half-brothers, Alfred Norfleet of Memphis, TN and Will Norfleet of Memphis, TN; his uncle Coleman Witherspoon of Cincinnati, OH; his nieces, Sheila Williams and Lisa Lee of Fort Wayne, IN; and his cousin Theresa Williams of Fort Wayne, IN.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
