He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Woodfin and Carrie Woodfin; his siblings, Francis Kelly, Carolyn Weissinger and Arthur "Sonny" Woodfin Jr.; and his wife Frances Woodfin (Vaughan).
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Broussard (Gary Broussard); his grandchildren, Webb, Jacob and Evan Broussard; and his son James Woodfin, Jr. (Jim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
