He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Sr. Williams and Sallie Williams; his siblings, Richard Williams (Maggie), Charlie Williams, Tommie Williams, Johnnie Williams, Dorothy Allen, Evelyn Hilliard and Mary Ella Johnson; and his brother-in-law Joseph Benjamin.
He is survived by: his children, Jermaine Williams, Carey Williams, Mark Langhorne and Bruce Williams; his brother-in-law Roosevelt Hilliard Lorain; his partner Conchetta; his grandchildren, Amiya Williams, Devin Hairston, Carey Smith, Saniy Williams, Marquelyn Langhorne (Hayley), Desyre Langhorne, Amaria Langhorne, Asia Langhorne, Torian, Shanice Dawson and Samaria Williams; and his great grandchildren, Jermaine Williams Jr., Torian Dawson Jr., Ty'mire Dawson, Saniya Dawson, Anaya Williams and Ariah Williams. He is also survived by his children he is survived by his siblings.
