He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David L. Fluker Sr. and Emmarean D. Fluker; his wife Clodean Latham Fluker; his children, Dianne Hannah and Ken Fluker; his sisters, Marguerite Glass and Sue Wilroy; and his son Scott Fluker. He was also cherished by his many grandchildren, friends.
