He is survived by: his son Willie Frank Jr.; his siblings, Deacon Earl Smart (Prophetess Vernita) of Tuskegee, AL, Norman Chambliss Jr. (Deborah) of Columbia, SC, Stevon Meadowbrooks (Chantelle), Evangelist Evelyn Smart of Union Springs, AL, Patricia Chambliss of Gary, IN, Dorothy Dickerson (Cardell) of Union Springs, AL and Carol Dupe of Bronx, NY; his uncle Otis Chambliss; his aunts, Bessie Johnson (Matriarch), Ann Chambliss of Chicago, IL and Rosie Robinson; and his sisters-in-law, Joyuline Walker of Queens, NY and Sarah Smart of Union Springs, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
