She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Willie L. Hill and Annie Bell Jordan-Hill; her husbands, Lehman Foster and Authur Caurthen; and her siblings, Booker, Freddie, Linnell, Willie Mae, Ruby Mae, Ambus, Nathan, Milton, Charles and William.
She is survived by: her children, William Franklin "Joe" Foster (Yvonne) and Ann "Betty" Jaqueline Wills (Augustus); her grandchildren, Michael Foster, Ashley Raglin (Michael), Kenneth Wills and Darryl Wills (Jillian); her great grandchildren, Michael III, Mariah, Clarke and Vivica; her great great grandchild De'eir Langley; and her sister Ann Morrow Hill-Whitten (James).
All visitations and services will be conducted exercising prescribed social distancing protocols and all attendees are encouraged to utilize appropriate facial coverings.
