He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Rodgers and Clinnie Ford Rodgers; and his siblings, Roosevelt (RV), Napoleon, Johnnie Will (Bill), Ed Rodgers and Rozelle Johnson.

He is survived by: his former spouse Miss Pinkie Mae Jackson; his children, Henry H. Rodgers III (Nitzaliz) of Pennsauken, N. J. and Karen J. Rodgers Frazier (Zelva) of Montgomery; his wife Minister Pinkie J. Rodgers; his grandchildren, Summer Joy, Evan Henri Rodgers, Zaniyah Joy and Zander Ethan Frazier; and his siblings, Thomas J. (Barbara) Rodgers, Carrie (late James), Evans of Rahway, N. J., Willie Ceil (late Johnnie), Ella Mae (Steven) and Brown. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, Church Family, other friends.
