He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Lee "Bone" Pendleton and Louise Etheridge Pendleton; his siblings, Otis Pendleton, Sr. and Janice Pendleton; his nephews, Patrick Flynn and Benjamin Tremane Pendleton; and his niece Tracy Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Demetrius Rivers of Midway, Konedra Pendleton and Nikki Davis; his stepdaughter Phyllis Mabson-Penn; his grandchildren, Kamonyi "Tutti" Ivy, Demetrius Rivers, Jr., Damontrez Rivers and Kaniya Rivers; his sisters, Sharon McCommon (James) of Birmingham, AL, Marion P. Simpson (Otis) of Montgomery, Shelia M. Pendleton of Montgomery and Geneva Pendleton Flynn of Montgomery; and his cousin Lisa Callaway of Union Springs, AL.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
