It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dewey Mason (Union Springs, Alabama), who passed away on July 31, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Mason and Maurine Mason; his son Rahman "Buck" Mason; and his brothers, Johnny Mason and James Mason.
He is survived by: his significant other Bernice Jones; his daughter Tracy Mason of Union Springs, AL.; his granddaughter Morgan Mason of Union Springs, AL.; his sisters, Margaret Hazelwood, Ilinios, Virginia Boyd (Willie) and Newnan; his sister-in-law Patricia Mason; his aunts, Vernell Addison of Buffalo and Natalie Turner; his nephew Gregory Williams of Montgomery, AL.; and his niece Derinda Thurman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.
