He was predeceased by: his parent William E. Worthy; and his wives, Francine McMurtary Worthy and Judy R. Worthy. He is survived by: his parent Ruth McCullough Worthy; his daughter Susan Blumish (Kris) of Indian Trail; his sister Pat Fulmer of Whitmire; his stepdaughter Sherry Burbage; and his sons, Jessie and Colt of Whitmire.
