He was predeceased by: his parents, Ancel B. Farris and Irene Farris (Baughn); his sister-in-law Judy Farris; and his grandfather Oakley John Farris. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Hornsby Farris; his children, Seon Farris of Huntsville and Sonya Farris Ott (Michael) of Madison; his grandchildren, Kailey Mosquito, Kaleb and Kamryn Ott; his brother Roger Farris of Huntsville; and also Willis Farris. He is also survived by several cousins, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Union Chapel Methodist Church (1212 Union Chapel Rd, Union Grove, AL 35175). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations in Terry's memory to the Union Chapel Youth Fund or Shepherd's Cove Hospice.
